This is to inform you that membership of Capetown Association of Apartments Owners (AOA) has been issued to almost all the owners who have applied following correct procedure as stated later in this mail.
However, a few applicants may not have received AOA membership because membership mail sent to their mail ID bounced back or some did not mention his/her email id in their AOA membership application form. If anyone who has followed correct procedure but has not received his/her AOA membership then he/she is requested to email at secretary@capetownaoa.in giving below details:
Membership of Capetown Association of Apartments Owners (AOA) can be obtained be following either of two ways as mentioned below:

Payment of One Time Fee for AOA Membership:
One time AOA Membership fee of 1,000/- can be paid either by cheque or online into the bank of AOA. Bank details of AOA for payment of AOA membership is given below:
It is important to note that AOA shall issue the membership to all registered flat owners whose name stand first in registry of flat and who apply for membership complying above process.
Only payment of fee is not sufficient to obtain membership of AOA.
