Praveen Bhardwaj has been living in Capetown since April 2015. He is a rank holder (13th Rank ALL India) qualified CMA (Cost Management Accounting).

He is working as Assistant. General Manager (Commercial and Taxation) with the reputed real estate organization in India and having over 14 years of rich experience with the specialization in the fields of Budgeting, Finance Accounting, Taxation, Corporate Laws etc.

Praveen plays vital role in drafting Legal documents/agreements, liasioning/coordinating with Taxation Authorities, Real Estate Regulatory authority etc.

• He has played important role in all the movements and agitations in Capetown including 10% CAM reduction, DG rate hike roll back, club charge waiver, electricity connection enhancement and he was also the part of the team met to Managing Director PVVNL Meerut.

• He has been actively involved in religious activities like Pran Pratishtha of Sh Ram Darbaar, Maa Durga, Maa Shitla, Sh. Laxmi Narayan, Sh. Ganpati and two times Sh. Shanidev in Capetown Mandir incl organisation and Participation in 12 Vishal Sh Sundarkand Path, Sh. Ramkatha (7 days) , Sh Balaji ki chowki.
