Capetown Association of Apartments Owners, Sector 74, Noida was formed on 03-Mar-2019 as per provision of Uttar Pradesh Apartment (Promotion of Construction, Ownership and Maintenance) Act 2010 and registered with Deputy Registrar Firms, Societies & Chit on 16-Jul-2019. The Association got the legal status after detailed order dated 13-Sep-2019.

Capetown Facilities
- Street lights:Apartment complexes contain many street lamps that come on at night. This way you can safely walk from your car to your apartment.
- Dumpster: The dumpster is where people who live in the apartment complex can drop off their bagged garbage.
- Key/Access card: Your key card is an electronic card that will unlock the entry of many common rooms and entrances of the complex. Examples include the security gate and fitness center. These are only issued to residents.
- Automated Barrier: In order to experience the world class facilities to our residents, we have installed the automated barrier on the entrance/exit gate so that you can move in and move out in your car without interruption.
- Clubhouse: The complex is inbuild with three club houses to provide the world class facility like gym, game zone, swimming pool, library for our residents.
- Cart: The complex has in-house cart facility for our residents which provides the convenience to move from one place to another, especially for the senior citizens, women and kids.
